Problem

Veygo, known for temporary car insurance, aimed to broaden into a lifestyle brand — supporting young adults in achieving independence, and aligning with their aspirations for freedom and self-expression. The rigid UI of the past didn't fit that ambition.

Objective

Evoke a sense of freedom and youthfulness while moving away from the rigid UI of the past — aligning Veygo's visual identity and user experience with its target audience's values.

What we did

  • Front-end CMS redesign. Reimagined the CMS front-end to reflect the new brand direction — vibrant, user-friendly, dynamic.
  • User-centred research. Moderated and unmoderated usability testing, small group feedback sessions across demographics, and iterative validation of concepts.
  • Brand identity update. A visual identity built on freedom, individuality, and youthfulness — cohesive across all digital touchpoints.

Outcome

  • 7% uplift in start rate from landing pages.
  • Stronger brand resonance with the target audience.
  • Higher session durations, lower bounce rates, and increased conversions across all major landing pages.
