Senior Product Designer, Veygo (InsureTech)

At Veygo, I led product design within a cross-functional squad, embedding a continuous discovery mindset and championing data-informed decision-making. I introduced qualitative research practices and implemented tools like Optimizely and Amplitude to transform how we tested, measured, and iterated on product ideas. Alongside data and pricing teams, I helped shape strategies that drove measurable uplifts in conversion, average written premium, and customer satisfaction.
To align stakeholders and keep customer outcomes at the centre, I regularly facilitated workshops—such as service blueprinting sessions to identify gaps in the end-to-end experience, and card-sorting exercises to improve IA and hierarchy across the quoting journey. One pivotal alignment session reshaped our quoting roadmap after surfacing misaligned assumptions between Product and Pricing. I also played a core role in scaling our design system, refining prioritisation rituals, and mentoring junior designers—promoting a culture of clarity, curiosity, and customer impact.

I’ve led end-to-end design initiatives across several brands, delivering measurable impact through research-driven decisions. At Little Loans, I redesigned the website and overhauled the customer journey, leading to a 10% uplift in conversion across all channels. For Business Comparison, I led a full rebrand and optimised every digital journey, increasing lead generation by 15%. I crafted new branding and user flows for the launch of the thimbl. credit card, and for Uplift Money, I designed a new app proposition and visual identity, streamlining user journeys to help customers better understand their finances and access affordable credit with ease.

At WM Reply, I designed intuitive, interactive SharePoint intranet experiences for major European brands including Diageo, British Gas, JD Sports, and Burberry. In a client-facing role, I led user research, facilitated workshops, and collaborated closely with senior stakeholders - such as Sir Ivan Menezes, CEO of Diageo - to ensure alignment between user needs and business goals. My research-driven, highly interactive designs enhanced usability, boosted employee engagement, and improved overall satisfaction.
